Certified Robotic & Manual Welding

Using Panasonic Robotic Systems, we offer certified robotic welding and assembly of hydraulic valves, actuators, manifolds, and several other mechanical units. In compliance with MIL-STD-1261 standards, our arc welding systems can weld any low or high stressed joints on steel materials used in the construction industry. Steel plates with thicknesses up to 1 1/2” are welded on our 400-amp robotic welding machines.

All steel and stainless steel materials are pre-heated on annealing ovens prior to welding. Heated to temperatures of up to 300ºC, the material gets hardened and stress relieved. We use specialized spool guns to perform MIG welding on aluminum parts. Aluminum material of thickness up to 3/4” can be MIG-welded. We produce high quality, durable weldments as well as assemblies for the aerospace, automotive, fluid power, and oil production industries.
